I've been having and living with this problem for quite some time, but it's getting really aggravating, simply i start up a video game, and its smooth and all, after a little while my Frames goes down to something like 6 for a few seconds then they return to normal, and that keeps happening frequently throughout the whole duration of the gameplay, i can't think of a solution for this problem, i need help!
you probably need my computer specifications so here they are:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 @2.83 GHz
ATI radeon HD 4550 XFX 1GB
4 GB Ram
500 GB hard disk
Windows 7 32 bit
(i am aware that my computer is old, yet it can still run most games with low settings)
i tried all sorts of fixes, removing unwanted software, disabling unneeded start up items, disk clean up and defrag, nothing seems to work.
also i am not overclocking anything.
please help me!
