Audio issues Windows 7 64 bit

I have a Gigabyte b85-hd3 motherboard with intel i7 4770 8 gb of ram and nvidia geforce gtx 650ti boost
I have no sound coming out of my speakers. When i record a gameplay video and play that video on another system it has recorded sound and everything. I have set my audio outputs to default, reinstalled everything, flashed bios. Sound shows as playing in the sound panels everywhere, realtek shows everything as okay. When i plug in jacks in and out, they register and realtek manager pops out asking me what i just plugged in. Everything seems as normal, but no sound at the speakers. I have tried every conventional method, but here i am, maybe someone had a similar experience. The funny thing is that when i formatted and installed new os, nothing worked, but then when i reinstalled drivers sound started playing for like 5 seconds. then stoppped and everything is the same as before.
Any assistance would be nice.

I believe it should be okay indeed. Your speakers and other audio hardware works with other system so it's not their problem and the OS itself is working as it should be. The sound gets stuck somewhere at the output section, it might be the jacks of the sound card or the sound processor itself. If your motherboard is still under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer/retailer, else - getting an add-on sound card should solve the problem.

I got 2 sets of speakers and headphones, all of them work on my other system. It is not something obvious, like volume controls, faulty speakers or something. As i mentioned, system shows that EVERYTHING works fine, just no sound coming out. And also as i mentioned, the audio jacks, front and back, show detection signs when i plug this or that, and all the settings get confirmed. The system plays whatever i put on, but nothing comes out of speakers or headphones or in any other way. Bios settings are checked and confirmed. It is so puzzling, my brain hurts me.

Yes, onboard Realtek Azalia chip. In any case, if i disable it in bios, and get a soundcard, i should be okay right? I mean the rest of the system works flawlessly and i have put it trough the paces.

Its under warranty, and i have contacted them, they are willing to replace the motherboard if need be. I have ordered that cheap usb soundcard just to try it out. If it works, i might just get a proper PCI soundcard since i plan to record some sound and voice later on. If the system is stable, i dont really care about the onboard audio. The reason im reluctant to get a new board is that im too lazy to arrange shipping crap. And i have heard people getting the replacement with the same error. So yeah, anyone feel free and pitch in some words of wisdom. Thanks btw.

I return from the abyss! After many an adventure, i have bought a USB sound card, and i am now enjoying beautiful sound. Thanks for the input. I am amazed how clear the audio is and nice, for a 5 EURO usb sound card. Like i max my volume and its crystal clear. Damn. What do they put in onboard soundcards if this is so nice. my 2+1 system with 2 speakers and a woofer rock so hard now. I have also called my retailer, and they said they are willing to give me a new board if something breaks down for the next 2 years. So all is happy in the land of the stupid. Thx again.
