I'm searching for the bios original file for the Club3D ATI Radeon HD3450 512 Mo VGA DVI, AGP 4x/8x

BIOS Version: 010.088.000.038.000000 (11320LE DDR2 512MB AGP)

This one is for PCI-E but I think it might work for your card also. I'm not 100% sure if the PCIE to AGP chip on the bottom of the chip has its own separate bios or not.

If the AGP chip bios is included in the card BIOS, then you can probably splice the AGP adapter chip relevant part of the bios rom another 3450 into the coding for the PCIE one and get it working.
