Hi. Don't Panic!
Some application may changed your hard drive to a dynamic drive. It has not any hardware problem and this problem can be solved.

1. You should delete all your partitions and recreate and reformat your hard drive, But if you have any important data on your hard drive that you don't want to loose, you should first:

-- Put an UBUNTU boot DVD on your laptop and boot it from LIVE mode, NOT the installing mode. After booting in live mode, you can have access to your drive and files, and easily copy them to a removable storage such as external hard drive, usb flash drive, etc.

Then, reboot and do solution i wrote #1.

The same thing happened to me, and i consulted to a very professional IT master. I solved my problem with...

Have also tried to install a windows into a Netbook (cannot remember what brand), it fails trying to install a windows...
Tried another HDD that is healthy, it just refuses to install a windows installation, so I installed an Ubuntu, it works with Ubuntu...
Just can't with windows install, dunno why...

Ubuntu ? ill try to do that wish me luck ^^

I wold not run anything on that drive that you want to keep. Replace the hard-drive, install Windows on that. If you really want to try to install Windows on that hard drive, make sure your backups are good and updated, wipe out all the partitions, create a new one and try again.

Hi Scientist77!

Thank you for the info, I have a similar problem like this but I have done step 1 already, no more backups required, What I did was delete the partitions, and formatted the primary which is only disk0, but the error still appears. When I tried to continue, the installation stops halfway telling me that the Disk does not exist or can't be found. I need some clarification on how I can recreate partitions and reformat the drive since I can't access the windows anymore.

Thanks!
