This is what happens on it's own after my computer is for roughly 9 hours or so. It becomes completely unusable. How do I fix this?

disable the superfetch service.

That's typical for windows 7. The OS will use as much ram as possible and will give some up whenever a program requests memory. Right now my computer shows 92 meg free out of 8 Gig.

Your problem is elsewhere.
