awhile ago, and he wants to try and upgrade it to play games, I am wondering if these are okay or if I need something else:

and my brother bought Geforce GT 610

Yes, the case is fine for moving the slimline components into. Adding the Antec 450W PSU will be fine also. But the GT 610 is a very weak gfx card. If budget allows, grab something with a bit more power. What resolution is the monitor he uses?
