Everything running... suddenly slow.

I have had this computer for a little more than a year. A day ago it started going wayy slower than normal. Games seem to lagging, Takes longer to load up stuff... and everything. It seems to go on and off(sometimes works fine, sometimes doesn't)
Could the cpu be the issue here?

With Minecraft,Steam,Skype and stuff the cpu averages at about 50C which I don't think is bad?

Tell me if anymore screenshots are needed.
  7. When the computer is slow, bring up task manager -> Processes -> CPU. Anything using much of the CPU? Anything over 20% usage?

  9. In your bios, is Cool N Quiet enabled? If so, disable it.

Is your antivirus on realtime protection? Try disabling that feature.
