Hello everyone,

I have recently updated to a GTX690 card from SLI GTX 560 TI.

The main game I play is Counter Strike Global Offensive and with the 560 I would get a constant frame rate of 160, it could go higher but I capped it at that.

Now with the GTX 690 I can only get a stable frame rate at 130 and even then at times it will drop to 60 or 70.

I have up to date drivers and here are my computer specs:

Power Supply: 850
OS: 7 Pro
Motherboard: Z77 Extreme 4
CPU: I7-3770K
Memory: 12G DDR3 1600
Hard Drive: Internal 120G SSD / 2 TB Barracu
Video Card: GTX 690

Please help me figure this out as this is the most powerful gaming computer I've ever had but I am not seeing the performance for the money.

Thank you

Just a last resort if I were in your place, I would reseat the video card, and uninstall the drivers.

Also, what PSU do you have? You've only indicated 800w. Is that a generic one? Did you connect both the 8pin PCIE to your 690?
