Basically that's what I need. Default Repositories for Ubuntu 10.04 only install Pidgin 2.6.6 whereas I need at least version 2.10.6 Any package download would work, however I would prefer a PPA (makes it easier to do it remotely on other computers, since I'm working from a windows computer) but at this point anything would help.
