New build need some advice

My motherboard and PSU, and cpu are dead. So I have to do a new a build from scratch. I managed to salvage some parts. My budget is $700

Here is what I salvaged

I want to do a build centered on gaming. Here is what I am looking at off newegg. I need memory, a processor, and a motherboard. I am looking at getting an i5 cause I am gaming. What are your best choices. I am doing an sli so I need a powerful and reliable fully module power supply. I am open to suggestions for the best motherboards, ram, and psu.

    if you dont do video editing you dont need 16GB but 8GB will be suffisant
    for the rest of your update build its perfect
