Should be fine, the 212 EVO has an adjustable fan so it can be raised if needed

The memory which you have selected using the Part Picker will work and it should fit (the CPU cooler can be adjusted I guess, i mean the height). Generally, any Non-ECC DDR3 DIMM below 1866MHz should work with your motherboard and CPU. Memory speed of above 1866MHz is not recommended as 1866MHz is the max speed the memory controller recognizes for FX series CPU.
Low Profile is not a necessity as I believe the height of the CPU cooler can be adjusted. Else go with something like GSkill sniper series memory. Try the below links for suggested memory:

Good luck!! If you need ValueRAM which I do not think is your preference but if you need try Crucial, memorystock, Kingston etc.
