Here we go.

You never combine an APU with a good GPU. Get an fx-6300 CPU and an am3+ motherboard.
That PSu isn't the best. Get a 500w unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic
For $140 you can do WAY better than an hd7770. You should be able to get a 650ti BOOST or an hd 7850.

You are incorrect. A single RAM stick will only run about 2%-6% slower than dual channel RAM . Its not a problem.

At this budget, there is no point to crossfire or get an APU.
