2-Radeon 9970 ( will Cross Fire Later )
3-Crosair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) DDR3 1866 MHZ ( the red version also i will add another 16 gb later so need 4 spots in motherboard )
4-WD Black 1TB
5-Samsung 940 EVO 250 GB
6-Cm Storm Stryker Full tower
7-Seasonic 1050 Watts

now the only thing that give me headaches when i search are motherboards i always get headachs from them, so i need to ask people about a good motherboard for my rig, for example asrock has motherboards that start from 115$ to 360$ from extreme 3 to extreme 9, also there is their OC formula at 300$ or so i don't know if i should pay more for let's say their extreme 9 cause am not sure if it will benefit me cause it might be a 4 way sli motherboard that's why it's expensive,but i don't want to talk about asrock in particular, i need your openions please any help is mostly appreciated
