400w in a high quality PSU such as that *will* support your build, however you will have no room to increase voltage if you want to overclock that k series chip. Your system, at full power consumption, will pull about 380 watts.

I only have 2 case fans and no CPU fan. I'm doing a silent build.

400W is enough for the ASUS GTX 660, right? WIthout overclokcing.

GTX 660 IS A 430w minimum , but that is overstated and the Seasonic you chose will run your specs.

Yes no overclocking.

Thanks. I bought it. It was either the Seasonic 400w or 20 dollars more for a Rosewill 500w. I hear seasonic are made better, and I'm already way over budget.

Great. And to my knowledge these high-end Seasonic PSUs (80 plus Platinum in fact) provide more solid power than like 650w mediocre ones.
