What case will fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus?

I have to get a CPU cooler to cool my core i5 4670k processor once it is overclocked, but so far, I can't find a good case that will fit the 212 plus. I also need the case to support an ATX motherboard, and a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 video card. I would like the case to be (US) $40-$60, but nowhere above $100. If you want my part list, here's the link. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1rWcG

Also, on a side note (for anyone who knows power supplies), what wattage am I looking at for all these parts? What PSU should I get? I would like it to be around $60, but no more than $80.

Edit - Please nothing with an initial cost of over $80 for the PSU. I don't have the money to buy those. Also, will the cooler fit in an Antec One?
