Hot CPU, noisy fans and bad OC?

I currently have a corsair 600t case with the top 200mm fan replaced with two corsair sp120 peformance editions extracting air from my case, And I have a corsair H100. The CPU (I5 2500K) IDLES around 32-42 c with I don't think is very good for the cooling I have brought. I also have a 4.5ghz OC (ASUS SOFTWARE). One of the sp120's sounds like a jet enjine when pluged into the motherboad and the other is fine as I can control it using asus fan xpert but only the one fan. The other fan is not controllable, so I have plugged them both into the corsair fan controller which brings me high temps. Any suggestions...
