Have to minimize windows to look at another.

For example, if i have a steam chat open, and im on google chrome, keep in mind it does it no matter what. I have to fully minimize chrome to see the steam chat, or obviously move it to my other monitor. I cant just click on steam to open that window over the current one. I've literally never had this problem before now.

you're saying Windows don't get smaller? they only fully minimize?

Odd, Windows should bring to front any windows you click on, just tried it a few times on my system, worked for all the programs. You're saying if you have overlapping windows, you click on the one behind the front one, that one behind it does not come to the front, it stays in the back even though it's selected as the one where mouse or keyboard has focus, is that right? Are you sure it's getting the focus on it? If you click and drag the windows around, does it move but stay behind the windows that is in front?

Yeah I believe my SSD is just going out, after some restarts it fixed its self.
