Debug code 15,19, then 55 and no boot? Help!

Ive been having trouble with my new gaming build for 3 days now. It refuses to Post or show any signs of booting. The monitor constantly displays "no signal" or "cable not connected" before shutting down. The components all light up and everything in the case works (that I can tell). The motherboard Debug LED displays the codes 15 followed by 19 (Which both only last for about 1 second) then it goes to 55 (and stays there until its shut off. Does anyone knows what this indicates and more importantl, How to get it to freaking boot! Also I've tried alternating the ram slots, removing the daul sli GPUs, changing the BIOS, and clearing the CMOS.

Ya, it turned out that one of the two CMOS jumpers was busted on my motherboard. Tried the other one and it posted just fine. My build was cursed from the start though. I had a broken monitor sent to me as well.
