I've begun my build of the new computer and started by placing the cpu on, then the RAM, then the video card into the PCI express slot. Ive connected the power source to the motherboard as well as the graphics card, but for some reason whenever I try to "short" out the power switch I'm not getting any power and nothing is starting, am I missing something simple?
Trying to out of the case start but to no avail-help!
