ipconfig i dont understand

wait so if i put it ipconfig and it tells me that it is not recognized as an internal or external operable program or batch file
what am i supposed to do?? im confused

Assuming you are trying to run it from a command prompt, it means you are at the wrong folder level.

Navigate to C:\Users\YourAccount> and try it again.
Failing that, navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and try again
