It's cool, I'm not looking for ultra settings lol. If it can do battlefield 3 60 fps at medium then I'm happy!
Edit: My resolution is 1980 x 1020 and I run bf3 at low settings with like 10 fps.. IT HURTSSs

A 7750 may get you up around Medium, but not a 60 fps, if you put a decent power supply in there, and get a 7790 or higher (or nvidia equivalent) you should be good to go....though it depends on what resolution you're playing at.

Edit: just saw your resolution, you'll need a PSU upgrade and something a little beefier than a 7750 to hit 60+ on med/high

You will run it on low with around 40fps with the 7750.
