Disc drive don't work. How do I format?

You got an OS install disc? Put that puppy in and format from the disc! But first, double check your BIOS settings to make sure you are booting from the hard drive after the cd/dvd drive. If so, then check your connections to hard drive (power & signal)...if that's good, you can try the format w/the install disc.
