I will not be overclocking my machine, and I'd like to know what you guys think about the stock fan. I will be doing some gaming (heavy), video editing and 3D modelling. Will it cool the temperature just fine? Or should I buy a 3rd party cooler? If so, which cheap air cooler would you recommend. Thanks in advance.

the stock fan should do it but just to be safe you could always get an aftermarket cooler a great and very popular option would be this

Well, I was going to buy the standard 4770 which has 3.0 GHz of bus speed. However I found a 4770K with 3.5GHz that is cheaper. So, I decided to go with the 4770K, I may overclock in the future (2-3 years), that's why I am not confortable spending the money in a cooler right now.

Yes the mounting points are the same as 1155/1156.
Just have two extra hands when installing it. I can't get it ever "right" the first time when installing that one on my own. It's just too damn big.
