Can someone help me out? I currently have AMD Phenom II x4 965BE @ 3.8GHZ with 4gb ram. I'm looking to upgrade and I've definetly chosen I7-3770 as I found it for 250$ and I'm having trouble deciding/finding motherboard. I'll be overclocking it to 4.3-4.5GHz so I'm thinking Gigabyte or Asus MB.
I'll be putting in:
GSkill Ripajaws X about 8GB.

Into Corsair 500R Case

Corsair H100i Cooling

120-128GB SSD

I have one Sata HDD 1TB

2 IDE HDD's 640GB, 550GB

1 IDE CD DRIVE

1 SATA DVD DRIVE

1 PCI CARD that I'll need in

I'm not going to put in video card as in past 5 years I only played age of empires so spending 250$ again on video card not happening.

I'm mainly doing Video Streaming, Video Encoding, Web Browsing (having like 5 windows with 50-60 tabs open)

I'd need the MB to have 2 PCI slots

VGA Video Slot(or something like that I have converters)

4+ SATA 6 ports

1 preferably 2 IDE connectors

2+ USB3.0 in back and connector for front USB 3.0

And I guess that I could use PCIe card to IDE

It's my first time building Intel system but from what I understand is that Z77 is best for Ivy Bridge chips.

Solution
That controller should work.

Check the specs of the following motherboards as they should meet your requirements for 2 PCI slots and overclocking:
- ASUS P8Z77-V
- ASRock Z77 Extreme4
- ASRock Z77 Extreme3
- ASUS P8Z77-V LK
- GIGABYTE GA-Z77-HD4

Read reviews to make sure the motherboard that you select is good for overclocking. You'll also need a very good CPU cooler.
