How does the IVY bridge core i3 do in Battlefield 3 multiplayer 64 players?

Solution
i have an i3 2120, everything runs fine.
if you are planning on buying, i would get an i5 though, because they are around the same price and the i5's 4 cores is better then the i3's 2/w HT.
i would suggest good internet and a decent graphics card, too.

What's your framerates on high settings on 64 player maps? i have a 7770. i5 is too expensive for me. If i get the i5 i wont be able to get a motherboard xD. Tight on budget.

2nd hand sandy bridge quads go for about the same or less than a new i3 on ebay. As the non k's are unclockable you shouldnt have any problems from a perfect feedback seller.
I5 2300's go for about £85

You have a 7770 as well???? Im definitely more compelled to get the i3 now.
My current setup, fx-6100, on 64 player maps hits below 30fps makes me quit the game. I got a crappy motherboard too which uses PCIe 1.0 and holds back the 7770 a little.
