can i play recent game titles with 720p on hd7730

hey guz,
need a help, i hv decided to buy a new gpu hd7730, i'm not use full hd just 720p(1366*768) only, and i need to play bf4,crysis 3 and ghosts well ultra settings with desent fps am i able to maxxed out with this gpu

my rig
dual core e5500 2.8 ghz
4gb ddr3 ram
foxconn g41 mxe mb
450w psu

plz guz help me with this

You can get a Q6600 for £30 or so that will double your cpu power,
and you can overclock that a long way if your bios isnt locked.
I would do this before I built another pc because its a big boost for not much money and you wont throw the pc away while it still works. .
And just get the best graphics you can afford. Talking about it wont change it.

Your best bet is a core 2 quad for that MB. I would recommend you upgrade your MB as well and go to AM3+/LGA if you want to upgrade. The core 2 line is starting to show its age for gaming.

is hd 7750 will make any different comparing with this gpu on my setup, actually i dont hv money to buy a new mb and a processor so im planning to buy a gpu and if its necessary a cpu

If your bios is unlocked, try to get the G0 SLACR stepping q6600, not the b3 one as the G0 will clock to 3 gig per core on standard volts. Thats about the same power as a new i3 and enough to run almost every game on the market.
