Im messing around with different price points and im trying to find the best bang for the buck.

Approximate Purchase Date: Early September

Budget Range: $1300 after shipping no rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Streaming, Editing (YoutTube)

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Anywhere reliable with the cheapest price points

Location: Portland, Oregon USA

Parts Preferences: Intel

Overclocking: Yes (Hoping for 4.5 GHz)

SLI or Crossfire: I prefer NVIDIA because I want to start out with at least a 770 then SLI it in the future. (January 2014)

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I would like a case with a window and a power supply that can handle 770's in the future. Also I live by a microcenter and I would like to stick to the i7 4770k and Gigabyte UD4H CPU/Motherboard Combo

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Cant run minecraft xD

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($279.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC12DX_BK 68.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($174.99 @ Microcenter)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card...
if you cant get the i7 4770k for a price thats around that of an i5 4670k then i would get the 4670k.

you will not see a performance improvement for the money with the i7 over the i5.

also if you want to do a lot of streaming the amd Fx 8350 is actually better when it comes to multitasking (gaming while streaming) than even an i7 and performs just as well if not better than the i7 under gpu heavy conditions.

If this is too much over the budget. Take cheaper cpu cooler like CM 212 EVO.
