Intel Celeron G1610 Integrated Graphics

I would like to ask if the integrated Intel HD Graphics of this cpu is good for some med setting games like League of Legends, NBA 2k13-14, fifa13-14, etc. I want this because this is cheap and reliable i guess, reliable in a way this is good other than just med setting games like converting video, editing, etc. I would like to pair this with 4GB Kingston RAM if the Integrated graphics is good, also i would like to ask if i can boot a computer without other graphics card just only this cpu. My motherboard will be GIGABYTE H61M-DS2. I'm on a tight budget for now thats why no expensive gaming graphics for now but maybe later I'll buy gaming graphics card.

What if ill pair it with GF210 1gb palit and just 2gb RAM??will it be playable??Or do u think what can u suggest a cheap video card for those games just for temporary??
Or Shall I choose A4-5300,Gigabyte FM2 mobo and 4gb RAM??Is it only good for gaming??Intel Celeron g1610 is better all-around cpu than a4-5300 i think as what i have seen in some websites rankings or comparison. Thanks Sir.
