CPU : i7-4770
Ram : 16gb 1600mhz
PSU : thermaltake 700 watt

  5. for a chip that is > than $500 best to offer, better then the 680 GTX, 7970, only thing that would out perform is a Titan, 690, 780 - just know that the 770 is a stripped version of 780 GTX, but to answer you question - Yes it will run a game on 60 fps for current games and maybe some future games, just oc in the future

    i just checked the web and found benchmark shows that gtx 770 is better than 7970
  10. Check hardcop and at the resolutions these cards were made for.

    Also note the overclock of 20 %

    Personally i would either go 7970 GHZ edition or 770 both gpus is under 500 and honestly wouldnt go for 680 honestly.

    some of my friends keep telling me to stay away from AMD cards..is there a real reason for what they said !

    Well, If you wanna go with your gut instincts is telling you get the gtx 770 that would within your price range as well

    I dont think you will have any problems with the 770 at 1200P and you can always go sli later on as well
