Suitable uATX MB for i5-3570K ?

I've been given a i5-3570K cpu so am upgrading my pc to use it. I need a new mb, uATX size. I don't need lot's of SATA, I'd like to have some USB3.0 ports & some USB2.0 plus 1 pci-ex16 slot for my graphics card. Reliable make, maybe with overclocking option as i5 unlocked.
I'm a casual gamer, mainly use for internet/mail/video watching use.
Any suggestions ?

if you can swing it, I'd go for the Asus Gene. Otherwise, just browse sites like Newegg to get a feel for which mobo would suit your needs and then go to pcpartspicker to see where it/they have the best prices (don't forget to check shipping costs as part of the total cost).
