Western Digital 1TB HDD Blue Screening

I recently purchased a 1TB HDD, My BIO's is picking it up as 1000.2GB, But when I try and Boot from my Primary drive, It blue screens, and even if I try to boot from windows 7 DISK, Blue Screen, Any Ideas?

How do you suggest going about that?

I can't even boot from CD or load window's with the drive plugged in :O
