much difference between these 2 RAMS?

Solution
Some depends on what you do, the 2133 has much higher bandwidth, so if you multitask, use a number of windows at once, work with images, video, CAD etc, would prob be happier with 2133, if primarily gaming or basic email/surfing/etc, the 1600 set is plenty good
Both Ram stock speed is 1600. The other ram has xmp profile that can do 2100 at 1.6v. Intel like people to use 1.5v ram on there newer CPU. In real world the 2100 ram is only slightly faster. Myself I get the newer 1600 ram use the 20 for a better case or gpu or Ssd.
