I have sent away my 6870 back to XFX for an RMA as the fan was faulty. I paid extra shipping to track the package it was shipped on the 6/08/13 and was delivered on the 8/08/13. It is the 16th now and I haven't heard a thing from them I tried to contact them on the 14th to see if they could confirm it was delivered and haven't gotten an answer yet, looking at the RMA application status it says the warrenty status is "Approved for return to XFX" and says that RMA status is "Inbound". I also haven't got any emails, looked in both junk and spam folder and there was nothing.
I don't know if this is normal and im just being paranoid but I would atleast expect them to reply to my existing support ticket.
