psu solution needed

hi, i'm using core2duo e7500.. Bt i want 2 upgrade my system i've 2 options
1.intel 760 2. amd fx8150 so how much power would i need?

detailed specs:
processor & Mobo :Intel(i5 760,gigabyte p55) // amd(fx-8150,asus 970)
ram: 4*2gb
gpu: hd 6670
hard drive: (250+250+750) 7200rpm
dvd writer
i have a corsair vs450.. will that be enough?

dont buy a 8150 its outdated get a 8350 instead

i didnt read it correct i thot it was a gtx 760
but for a intel 760 or 8350

Yes , the vs450 has more than enough power to run your specs.

ohkay i wud say a better gpu shud be ur first choice it wud give u much more perfrmance boost
