PSU Help ( Need Advice )

Hey guys!

So I bought this cheap PSU ( Huntkey Green Power 550W )
And when I game ( Dota 2 )
It heats up and smells like burning computer parts. How can I fix this?
If I should buy a new PSU I would do it. Please give me an advice on what PSU
to buy.

Setup:
GIGABYTE H77-DS3H (MOBO)
GIGABYTE Windforce HD 7950 3GB (GPU)
Huntkey Green Power 550W (PSU)
Western Digital 1TB
8GB Ram

EDIT: Also when I'm playing Dota 2 a while ago, I smelled burning. And after a minute my PC restarted

i think you should change it. since its a generic one, i doubt that it is actually a 550W one.it may have much lower wattage and it is buit with really cheap parts so when the GPU is getting on load you smell burning computer parts. so i think you should change it.

a good cheap PSU fo you should be a corsair CX 500. its not the most reliable but it should get the job done.

1.Check if one of your components is overheating (if so try to underclock), 2. Get a new PSU (Corsair ones aren't very expensive and are good) 500W should be enough I think
