Am I going to bottleneck my gpu?

I just had a quick question : Will i bottleneck a 780 with a i7 2600k? I am going to overclock both the cpu and gpu, as I am going to try some custom liquid cooling. ( Mobo is a ASUS Rampage formula V)

I know, I have heard about the maintenance, but I really want a system that runs cool and especially QUITE. My current system is driving me nuts. I can hardly play any games because it's getting to hot, eventough the fans are on full speed and loud as hell.
