Z68+ Ivybridge Won't Post Q Code 55

Bought a new system consisting of a Asus P8Z68 Deluxe amd a i5 3570k ivybridge CPU.

Just finished building the computer and the A1 and A2 slots of the RAM work if i put memory in them but if i want to put RAM in 1st and 3rd DIMM for dual channel it will simply not post and show a Code 55 on the motherboard. I've been trying different RAM and everything the last 2 DIMMs will not work once i managed to get it to post in dual channel A1 and B1 1st and 3rd slot. After that it won't i've updated to latest BIOS aswell.

So far I've done
1) Clearing CMOS- Did nothing still Code 55
2) Trying sticks of RAM with slot B1 and B2- Code 55
3) Sticks of RAM in A1+A2 - Success
4) Put RAM in A1+A2+B1= Success then restarted to take A2 out so A1+B1 can dual channel- Code 55
5) Single stick of RAM in B1 while taking cpu heatsink off= Success
6) Single stick of RAM in B2 while taking cpu heatsink off= Success
7) Tightening CPU heatsink B1+B2= Code 55
8) Checked CPU socket for bent pins none that i can find

Would really not prefer to RMA this board as I need to do office based work on it daily.
