Msi GTX 770 vs Amd Radeon 7950

it has been braught to my attention that with the 7950 you get three free games but is it worth the downgrade from a msi gtx 770. (i have not baught eather yet, still in the part picking stages

In the GTX 770 price range you should be comparing that to a 7970 overclocked card. Newegg has a sapphire 7970 overclocked to 1ghz for around $290 after rebate! It also comes with 3 free games. So check the benchmarks of your favorite games of gtx770 vs 7970 ghz and ask yourself if the 770 is worth 100 more dollars and no free games.

Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition this one? and will i need a overclocable processor?

Technically it is not the Ghz version, however these 7970s can usually hit 1Ghz or 1.1Ghz with very easy overclocking effort.
This would save you a lot of money over buying an actual Ghz version. and should perform on par with gtx 770 in most games

so am i gonna have to overclock myself or will it already be done? cuz this is my first build so im kind of a noob;)
