I have 2 HDD's one 1000tb which was formatted ( so its completely empty )

and an old 320gb HDD with ubuntu 12.xx ( dont remember at moment )

anyways, i have an 8gb USB with windows 7.ISO on it and i have formatted it to fat32 using the diskpart cmd, now when i go to bios and set it to primary boot device, it says remove media or other devices at start and doesnt let me do anything, well i put the USB stick to an win7 laptop ( other pc ) and the original filesize of the Win7.iso is 3.74xxx GB, well.. now it was 3.64xx gb and it had an folder called -trash.1000 or something along those lines, quick google and it was linux/ubuntu related.

What to do?
