Hello fellow gamers/pc-users,

I have a brand new computer for two weeks now and I've been playing games perfectly up until yesterday. Whenever I start to play a game for about 15 minutes the screen freezes at first, then it starts to ripple and turn blue, afterwards the pc just restarts. This is not a normal blue screen, so I can't post the error log.

Some additional information:

- GPU temperature is around 50 degrees celcius when playing games. The FurMark benchmark tests show around 64 degrees celcius.
- CPU temperature is also very low when playing games all the four cores are at around 30 degrees celcius.

Please ask if you need any additional information.

Thanks in advance,
Robbert

Have you reinstalled the video drivers? What version are you on and can you provide more info about your system. (sorry it took so long for someone to respond to this thread. I had it opened and could have sworn I typed up a message...)

Anywho, I would see about just sending it back to the place you bought it from. As diagnosing and doing any sort of fixing might be frowned upon them. (opening the case is a prime example of what will sometimes void warranty.) If its a local shop then it will definitely be faster than diagnosing the problem.

Now, if you are just curious about the problem I would suggest downloading GPU-Z and have it log temps. I have had this problem personally before and it turned out to by my VRM temps on the GPU...
