I recently completed my first build in a long while and have a strange issue with Windows 8 that I cannot get to the bottom of.
Every now and then the keyboard and mouse will freeze for a couple of seconds but the PC continues to operate normally when this happens. If this happens while I am pressing a key, the key will be repeated like Im holding the key down.
I have a USB keyboard and mouse (Mac keyboard and Logitech Performance MX) and thought it may be an issue with the USB hub built into my monitor but it happens when plugged directly into the PC.
Any ideas?

P.S. I forgot to mention that I do not have sticky keys enabled.
