I work with computers and can order this at cost. question is it a good PSU?

I am building a very high end PC but using my one 29" HD monitor as the main source and my 55" TV to game. I will only be using 1 GTX 770 4GB card to start and then SLI hopefully around Christmas as well and adding two more monitors to the set up.
I want to get this so I do not have to purchase a new one when I do upgrade my pc.

Also this PSU it says energy saving.. 1300W obviously will take more power then a 860W right? I don't want my electric bill to be super high from using a 1300W PSU..

Thanks in advance for the answers.

I have done over a dozen SLI GTX 770s build all w/ 850 watt PSUs

Most use this combo of the 500R w/ HX850 (has better ripple and voltage stability than AX series and it's $180 after newegg discounts.

Most common pairings w/ 4670k or 4770k:

MSI Z87-GD65 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130692

MSI N770 GTX 770 GFX cards

I think it's most certainly way out of your league, in terms of what you'll actually need, by the sound of it.

But sure, it's most probably a great PSU otherwise... Though not an ideal choice it seems.
