factory restore password

my son downloaded alot of useless things on my acer extensa 5235 laptop and it would not work properly at all,it kept crashing constantly.i clicked on factory restore and now its asking me for a password and i do not know it.please please help me if you can :( x

When you say Factory Restore, you mean you're trying to run the recovery CDs?

I've done that on many Acer laptops (even recently) and never seen a password for that. Unfortunately we cannot help you with password hacking it's against forum rules. As I said, contact Acer support and they will help you.
