A 1100watt supply will be enough for 4 760s overclocked, if you'll be keeping it for 4 years, then that's a good PSU wattage to go with. 2 GTX 770s will need less power. 850 or 900 watt PSU will last you 4 years with 2 way SLI. 2 gpus will generate less heat and you'll have more space in your case for other things. 3 way SLI 760 will outperform 2 way SLI 770s. To give you an example, on Battlefield 3 at 2560x1600, 2 way SLI 770s will give you around 100 FPS. 3 way SLI 760s will give you around 120 FPS. This might not be a huge difference, but first, three 760s are cheaper, and in future games that will be very demanding, for example, Metro Last Light or Crysis 3, 20 fps will make a difference, because that's not the kind of game you easily get 100 fps in WQHD.

i read that the msi 760 was really silent and very cool, so i didnt know if it would be better, but in the other hand i read that for SLI 2gb of vram would be too little so maybe i should buy gigabyte 4gb edition, what would you recommend??

2GB is plenty, it's enough to run triple monitors or high resolutions like 2560x1440. The MSI 760 Gaming is indeed very silent and cool. But if you'll be going triple SLI, you'll be covering 1 of the cards giving it very little air. For 1440p, you don't need 3 way SLI 760. I suggest you get 2 MSI GTX 770s Gaming and you'll be fine. With a nice overclock, they will last you very long, and when you'll have the money, you can always throw in a third one. :D

Well it depends on what you'll be playing. If you'll be playing games like Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, GTA V (if it ever comes out on PC), and some other games like that. 2 770s is safer to go with, as they're more powerful and with a nice OC do take the lead over many other cards in the market. As I said, SLI 770s will get you around 110 fps in BF3 stock speeds, then with a decent OC, you'll get some 10 or so extra frames. In a very graphically demanding game like Metro: Last Light, you'll get around 60 fps, then again, your overclock will give you a little boost. Your monitor will only display 60fps if it's 60hz. So anything around 70 FPS is safe and more than playable. And as I said, you can just go for 2 way SLI 770s, max out every game you play, and then maybe in 2 years you add a third one. 3 760s will perform similarly to 2 GTX 770 Lightning cards basically. Not a huge difference.

MSI GTX 770 Gaming has one of the best coolers out there, isn't any more expensive than the standard price, and has a small boost over the stock 770. The 2GB version will be enough, but if you plan to play a lot of games with a handful of mods, and by a handful I mean over 20-30 mods, you better get the 4GB version. If you can spend some more cash, you might look into something like GTX 770 Lightning or maybe the Gainward Phantom, or any nicely overclocked and well cooled 770.
