overclocking a 3930 is pretty easy.
just push the multiplier up, load into windows, look at the cpu temp, then restart and bump the multiplier again... keep going until it won't load into windows. then bump your vcore a step, see if it will load into windows. if it does, you'll want to stress test it. Run prime95, see how the temps are, and see if you crash. you might need to bump the vcore a little more to make it run prime95. When you can run prime95 for a few hours without a crash and with stable temps under 90C you probably are good to go.
generally there are much better guides around on overclocking your i7, i'm just giving you the quick and dirty.
