Looking to see if this build which I created back in April is still the best bang for the buck or are their cheaper, better options?

Is this difference worth the extra $30-40? I see one extra Gig of VRAM but most games only use two....So, while I'm not opposed to spending extra, I need to know what extra I'm getting with this 30-40 dollars.
