Getting no boot, bios, or beeps when I start up?

So, I've been having this problem for a good while. When I turn on my computer, I get no beeps and monitor does not turn on. I recently thought it was the MB, returned it and got it fixed. Still does it. Took out my ram, no beeps at all. Tried my psu. Hooked it up to another computer, works fine. Seen countless posts, so I think the only thing is the cpu now? Or perhaps a harddrive. Any help would be appreciated. It's been over a week now.
Also, my apologies if this isn't in the right place. Feel free to guide me to the correct place.

Do your fans spin up?

I recently had (am having an issue) with a Gigabyte GA970AD3.

The stingy sods at gigabyte made the pins in the post for the ATX connector too small.

My PSU has circular plugs that are supposed to snuggly fit the motherboard ATX connector pins, but after close examination the width of the pins in my motherboard leave about a 1mm difference. They really are really very very narrow pins!

So long story short, when I attempted to power on, I got no beeps, but mobo lit up and some (not GPU fan) turned on.

I have since had to (*very very carefully*) pinch my individual (24odd) PSU ATX connector plugs tighter and plug it into the motherboard using substantially more force than I would like.

However *touch wood* this has resolved the problem.

Yes they do. I'm not certain what it would be. Though a strange thing happened, I was abke to turn it on only to find out it appears my gpu doesn't seem to be being registered. And by that, I mean, I can't download drivers for my card since it doesn't appear to be registering in my system.

I didn't have to even do that, for.. some strange reason my computer auto-updated drivers and such, and now it's working. Not sure what I did to get it turned on in the first place. But, it seems fixed for now. If it acts up again, I'll keep you guys updated. Thanks a ton for the help, though!
