I recently got myself a LG 24 inch IPS monitor, when I switched it on I was not much satisfied at the first look, there is this light leakage most of them complaining about + movies or videos are not much bright, colors are good, but brightness is bad. I'm not sure if this will change if I upgrade my system, I currently run the below configuration
Dual Core 2.8GHz
RAM 512MB DDR
Intel extreme graphics 2
Windows XP service pack 2
Any suggestions or views would be helpful.
