ASUS DirectCU II GTX 760, will upgrade to SLI later - $259.99

128GB Samsung 840 EVO Series SSD - $109.99
2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD - $99.99
Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming Mid Tower Case - $89.99
Corsair HX750W 80Plus Gold PSU - $129.99
Razer DeathAdder 2013 - $57.99
Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard - $149.99
NPulse Monster Headphones - $199.99
Subtotal - $1,597.89
Btw, all I want to play is Skyrim, World of Warcraft, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Mafia II, Saints Row the Third, GTA IV, GTA V, Minecraft, Terraria, and a few others, none of them are really graphically intensive. I wish the settings to be at Max for all at 1920x1080 and hope to get 45+ fps maybe 60+ fps but 45+ feels pretty smooth for me.

this is what you should get with skyrim:
Not Recording: 59.1 fps average, 41 minimum
Fraps: 47.5 fps average, 39 minimum
Ultra high settings

Mods:
Graphical:
Cinematic Lighting ENB
Enhanced Blood Textures
Enhanced Distant Terrain
Lush Trees and Grass
Realistic Lighting Overhaul
Realistic Smoke and Embers
Skyrim HD - 2k Textures
Static Mesh Improvement Mod
W.A.T.E.R Water and Terrain Enhancement Redux
you will be able to run skyrim 60+ fps if you don't install mods everything else can be playable at max settings including skyrim

Do you really want the best for $1600, or would you like it if it could be under that price ?
Your build will run every game that you stated there, but I think that it could still be optimized, either to get another $1600 one, or to get the cheapest one that will run those games at max settings.

Not going for a haswell build? Just in case you're open to suggestions i'm speccing a haswell board instead and using pcpartpicker.com to find some nice deals. You'll still have to find a G15 and the headphones which adds $350 to the price. Some optimisations are going for the Samsung 840 (not evo) as that saves $20 at the moment and different named Gskill sniper instead of gskill ripjaws as well as haswell motherboard and CPU.

So therefore the total comes to $1454 with the keyboard and headphones. That's enough to get you a GTX 770 & a cooler to overclock with whilst staying within your budget.
