I've seen this problem all over the internet. So i have done a good amount of looking into and just have not gotten any success. I also gave in and called MS and gave me nothing to help me with just provided information that I already know. Also trying to get me to send my whole PC to them. Psssh. I'll go ahead and state whats going on somewhat specifically. (Also I built this PC about a year ago so W7 did not come pre installed)

So I went ahead super excited that i have all my parts so I popped in my 990FX Sabertooth R2.0 and 8350 CPU. No problems putting those parts in. So I start it up with my Windows 7 Installation disk that I have and get to the point where It says there is an error and I attempt to do Windows Startup Repair. Fails and just reboots my computer. So thats not going to work. I then put Windows 7 to be the booting (not sure if i was right to do that I adjusted this in the UEFI) i then got it to go into safemode and was finally at the Install Now screen. For one I did not get a Agree to License page and then I get this drivers error so then i couldnt continue to install Windows. Now what I have heard (mostly from on here) is to download some ISO file or something like that. Not exactly sure how to approach this so I did not do that. So then I saw that people would just call MS and they would I believe if i red correctly kinda like give you permission or reactivate your Windows 7 Product key (which I have) so you can install it with no problems. Well I called and basically did nothing to help me and all they kept doing is putting me on hold and then tried making a quick buck on me by telling me to send my PC to them. Nope.

Well, that is everything that I have done and what not. So please i'm dying for a solution. Thanks for any sorts of help.

I have to be honest I have no idea how to re partition the hard drive man or even where I would go about doing so

As said above you need to boot with your Windows 7 install disc and then delete the partitions that had the old Windows install on it and re install. There is really no way around it when you changing from one motherboard to another. Windows does not like motherboard transplants and it will most always not work.

Yeah Im sorry im not 100% on how to do that really. I mean I can boot up Windows 7 install disc then i go to more options clicking F8 to do so. I go into Safe Mode then I get this exact error. "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, an then click OK" But if you could possibly practically hold my hand into this that'd be awesome haaa.

Boot FROM the Windows install disk, You may need to go into your BIOS to make sure your optical drive is the primary boot device.
You'll select a custom installation, then delete and recreate the existing partition on C:. You will need to re-install all your programs. If you had data on the drive that isn't backed up, a better idea would be to get another new hard drive. Remove the existing drive, then install Windows to the new drive. Once that is done, add the old drive as another hard drive in the system.

Edit: Like I know where you are wanting me to go to. And its just when I get there I can even select my hard drive. Its not there to select and gives me the error that I put down.

Well here is the problem. When I select for it to boot from my optical drive to run the Windows Installation it resets itself right then says Press Any Key to Boot so I click a Key then following that says Windows is loading files...Then takes me to a Windows Boot Manager giving me options...Windows Setup [EMS Enabled], To specify an advanced option for this choice, Press F8 then Tools: Windows Memory Diagnostic. Those are the options it gives me. I dont get an option to do a Custom Install unless im most likely missing something..

I have an Idea and it would cool if someone can confirm if this would work.

Would it be possible for me to open up the command prompt, get to the data list, select my main hard drive that had all my stuff on it including the windows 7 files which if im right is the reason why Windows wont install/boot up correctly. And basically just clear my hard drive. Would this work?
